Are volunteers needed?

YES! We need youth leaders and adults to volunteer to help with security and Big Games. We will ask you on Friday night but it would really help if you could let us know now if you have people who are willing. Ask any Meltdown Staff member.

Are participants allowed to bring cell phones?

Yes, but please keep them on vibrate or silent during events.

Will there be free time at Meltdown 2010?

The event schedule allows for free time on Saturday – which is when the Big Games will also be available. Plan to have something for your group to do IF it rains on Saturday afternoon!!!

Who sponsors Meltdown?

Meltdown is sponsored by local churches in the Northwest Florida/Southwest Alabama area. Meltdown is led by volunteers who have a heart for Youth Ministry. Meltdown is a non-profit event.

What time is quiet time?

11:00 P.M. – 6:00 A.M.

What time is curfew and lights out?

12:00 A.M.

Who is responsible for discipline at Meltdown 2010?

Most participants here are part of an established youth group. Therefore, all violations must be disciplined in consultation with individual group leaders. No disciplinary actions will be taken by the Meltdown Staff without group leader involvement.

All Adults are encouraged expected to help all the students follow all of the rules.
